PROGRAM MORE INFORMATION

The Micronarc & Manufacture Thinking workshops are the result of a collaborative effort to develop events around the most innovative themes of the moment.

In the form of breakfasts or workshops, these events are led by a specialist, known and recognized in his or her field, and are organized in conjunction with various network partners.

While some dream of completely automated companies where robots and artificial intelligence have replaced humans, we maintain that the success of digitalization, particularly for SMEs, depends on the ability of workers to harness the full potential of technology. As the market becomes increasingly versatile, automation systems that combine machine efficiency with human flexibility are needed. In this workshop, we will discuss the advantages and obstacles of digitization that aims to enhance workers’ performance rather than replace them, as well as the measures that need to be put in place to enable human-centered digitization.
