Last Friday, Micronarc, in collaboration with CleantechAlps, brought together its ecosystem at Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier for a half-day session dedicated to operational excellence and energy efficiency.

Participants were particularly impressed by the discovery of the factory. Over and above the high industrial standards and the mastery of processes, theUAP (Unité Autonome de Production)organization was seen as a real pillar of performance, combining team empowerment, fluidity of flow and continuous improvement, without compromising on quality.

Many thanks to Lefevre Jean Noël, CEO of Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier, and his teams, for their remarkable welcome, the quality of the sharing and the transparency of the exchanges.

Thanks also to Ewen Nedelec and Vatché Garibian from wise4future SA for their presentation of save&sustain, illustrating in very concrete terms how energy and emissions data can become genuine management tools for operations.

Last but not least, we would like to thank Mr. Jean-Luc Bochatay Delvoye, Director of the Canton of Neuchâtel branch(invest Neuchâtel), for his contribution, as well as all the SMEs, start-ups and academic institutions present for their commitment and the richness of the discussions.

A very concrete illustration of the value of meetings in the field, at the crossroads of innovation, sustainability and industrial reality.
